"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"Living the dream with a lake view balcony room at the grand Gardone Riviera Hotel. Everything I always wanted. Being able to also slip into the lake for a swim straight from the sunloungers also a bonus! Breakfast was amazing, we couldn’t stop eating!
