Clean and well appointed rooms. The staff was incredible, friendly, and wonderfully accommodating. The breakfast was top notch. We've stayed here twice and will certainly stay again when we are in the area.

Everything was as it should be. Had to pay £10 for shuttle bus which was unexpected. I didn't have to pay this when I stayed at other similar nearby hotels. Need to take this into consideration when comparing prices.

The staff was excellent and very helpful at check in and check out.

We enjoyed a four night stay here on arrival from Australia, for a family wedding. We had booked a family room. Two queen sized beds. The breakfast was a good choice and standard with full English and continental choices. We ate twice at the Bistrot. Excellent French cuisine. My husband is French and rated it highly. Room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was worth the expense. You do have to pay for parking, but that's begining to be standard at most airport hotels.

Great hotel if you have an early morning flight or you want to just get off the plane and straight to a hotel. Walkable from every terminal. About 10-15 min walk from Terminal 3 through the covered walkways.

Modern, clean, great location

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. The staff were fantastic and were very helpful with information on the area and getting around. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and the incredible proximity to Old Trafford!

Room was clean. Included breakfast had hot items including bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and beans. There was also yoghurt, cereal, croissants, muffins and juices. Coffee machines were excellent. I had a couple pints at the bar in the evenings and they were reasonably priced too. Bed was comfortable. Air-conditioning was excellent. A little far away from the city centre but there is a bus stop called the Parkway right on the other side of the tram tracks.

Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!
