"Bach party weekend. One of my fav places…. Front desk could be more helpful. They always say they will text you when the room is ready. We always hope it will be before 4 PM after taking a long flight from New York, but they have never once in the five times I’ve been there texted me so we just end up going to the front desk and check-in time at 4 PM which is kind of annoying also as of September 2026 there was a lot of construction going on around one of the main pools which no one told us about, but otherwise again this is one of my favorite resorts and places to go in the entire world"

"We visited two restaurants on the prosperity Franks Italian and the cafe restaurant which were both really good. The water park was closed when we went so being upgrade to One particular harbour was great. The room and property were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful when choosing restaurants and food to try. The beach was clean and staff who handled kayaks and water equipment were awesome. No complaints about the hotel itself and would recommend to others"

"We were there during the down season so the pool bar was closed for renovation. Loved the peace and quiet, not many guests there. Food was really good overall and changed up each night. We only ate at the buffet and found that sufficient. Beach was beautiful, taxi’s were expensive though. We felt stuck there unless we wanted to pay $50 or more to go one way somewhere. Older resort but they constantly work to keep it fixed up. Rooms were nice. Pools nice"
