"The house is more than adequate. It is in a very quiet lovely area outside of Shediac. This, I didn’t understand when booking, but my fault for not paying more attention to the location. If you’re looking for quiet and out of the way, this is it. The kitchen in the house is very well set up and the sofa and chair in living room very comfortable. Would have been nice to have a station on the TV broadcasting the Stanley Cup, but no big deal. The bathrooms are renovated and very nice. The bedrooms...

"We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. So light and bright and clean. We were confused as to which door we were supposed to use. We went to the host’s house which is right next-door. She was kind and helped us get in. It’s not a big place but it has everything you will need. Just come relax and enjoy the view."

"We enjoyed the place, it has a great location, it is rustic but has ac and washer dryer, close walk to the beach, the only downside was the beds, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced along with the living room furniture. The host was great and even offered us a fresh towels while we were there, the BBQ worked great, lots of propane and utensils, would definitely be back if it had new beds."

"This rustic cottage was the perfect spot for myself to relax and enjoy family and friends who visited. It wasn’t far from the beautiful beach or other attractions. The deck was an added bonus in order to sit out and enjoy a meal from the BBQ. Our host was awesome! Given the extreme heat with humidity during the stay having no air conditioning made the stay quite uncomfortable for sleeping or escaping from the heat. This would probably need to be addressed as the summers are getting hotter....

"Excellent location for Parlee Beach access. We were there for one week at the end of June 2022. We were 4 in our group. The cottage was as expected from the VRBO website. However, upon arrival we had to clean the floors as there was a lot of dirt on them. The place was full of dust all around. We brought our own sheets and pillows and found the mattresses stained. "Stayed here for seven days with my family. Communication with Nichole and Gerry was fantastic throughout the entire visit. Even got the opportunity to meet Gerry during my stay. Very friendly and welcoming. You have direct beach access from the yard and an unobstructed ocean view. Great for having your coffee in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here."
