"Mai was excellent in checking us in. I appreciate her throughness and her welcoming attitude. She is awesome and deserves a raise! She really is the template for all hotel hosts. Richard and as awesome as well. His attention to detail is incredible. He has such a nice way about himself, super nice, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was so damn amazing as well. Coffee, service, food was fresh and outstanding. Love you Kings Hotel!"

"Overall I would recommend this hotel. We had an accessible room and it was lovely. The bed was soft which to me is comfortable but my husband prefers a firm mattress. The pillows were not comfortable for me, I found them too flimsy. The amenities in the room are very good and personally I found the housekeeping instructions very easy to follow and our room was cleaned whenever we requested it. The breakfast is delicious! Definitely worth the money however the seating space is small, meaning it’s very busy and sometimes you have to wait for a table to become free, not great when there’s a finite window for breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay."

"The hotel was very close to public transportation. There were many coffee shops and stores close by. It was within walking distance to many plazas and historical sights. The welcome drink was a treat. The flavoured water was welcoming. We received a €10 gift card for not having our rooms cleaned and enjoyed a few beverages at the very nice bar. The employees were very welcoming and kind. Thanks for a great stay."

"Easy check in, staff very friendly, the room was clean, nice seating area and the kitchenette was clean and we had everything we needed to cook a meal. On the last day they keep our luggage free of charge so we could make some last minute shopping. If back in Munich I'll be staying here again."

"We had 2 rooms here for 2 nights during Oktoberfest and this hotel was within perfect walking distance. It's also a nice walking distance from the famous Marienplatz with lots of shopping and food. This hotel is on a very busy street with a lot of activity all hours of the day although it did not bother us. (Reminder that our stay was also during Oktoberfest, so it may not always be that busy.) The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, there was a nice variety for breakfast, the room was clean and comfortable. There is a parking garage close, which worked well. The rooms we were in both had all single beds, which was perfect for our mixed group. Overall, it worked well for us and I would stay here again."
