"Parking was good, pool was not ready on time, no ice dispenser, only Mexican pesos with exact amount of money accepted or card for breakfast. When stayed in the past there was free coffee in the morning, that is no longer offered. Other than that place was clean and check in was quick and easy."

"One of the best experiences my partner and I have had in Mexico! The staff was super cordial and always on hand when needed. The hotel itself is 15 minutes away from basically everything we wanted to do, so it was in a great location. Also, the bar had some fantastic drinks made by Anthony and Ken, who were both amazing. We will definitely book there again when we go back!"

"El sábado 9 de mayo 2026 Desde que llego hacer check in. Ya habia problemas. No servía el elevador. Yo viajé con mi madre invalida y ni como subir escaleras. Nos pidieron tiempo segun ya estaban arreglando el elevador y nada. Como las 9pm nos dieron un cuarto en otro hotel. Camas muy chicas. Si hubiese manera de que reembolsaran ese día. Pues prácticamente se perdió en esperar y no descansamos bien. Pueden comunicarse al hotel que yo había rentado para que confirmen todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos. Gracias "
