"We have stayed at the Hotel San Carlos many times over the last 15 years and will continue to do so. It is convenient, pristine, with great service. They offer excellent service to and from the airport, provided arrangements are made in advance. The rooms vary in size but all are comfortable. The restaurant offers (usually) a buffet breakfast; when it doesn't, one can order from the menu."

"It’s an original hotel from the 60’s Famous actors including Ronald Reagan, stayed there Cantinflas, Capulina Located in heart of Guatemala where the original buildings and cathedral stand Original stairway,, it’s unique, Nice dining room 10 minutes away from modern dining,, DENNYS restaurant Atmosphere is very quaint like going back in time If you’re the adventurous person it’s worth the stay If you’re wife isn’t well the room ceilings are 10’ high Back to the future ENJOY WE SURE DID!!
