"Clean and comfortable. Not the Ritz, but quite adequate, and for the price, who could want more? People were friendly, thoughtful, kind, and helpful. I had paid for a room with a shared bathroom, but they voluntarily gave me to a room with a private bathroom. Locals told me that the neighborhood is dangerous, and that may be so - but the follks I encountered in various stores nearby seemed quite nice and decent."

"Very nice gardens. Hotel is old and bathrooms may need some rehab but everything is clean. Hotel rooms have mahogany furniture and all windows and doors are made of mahogany, even the elevator doors have wide mahogany frame. Guatemala City is very expensive. This place is worth the price."

"We had a great stay at Good Hotel. The room was very small but a super efficient use of the space and just what we needed for one night in Guatemala City. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty, and the area around the hotel is walkable with lots of shops, cafes and street art. Would stay again!"
