"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need to complain about these things. We like that the room had double sinks and a rainfall shower, and the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a quieter area of Split and easy to find. So overall we'd recommend this hotel, just some minor things that could be improved. "

"We had a really enjoyable 2-week stay at Apartment Stela. Whilst the location is a little challenging to reach, once you have done it once or twice then it’s fine and it’s definitely worth it. The Apartment itself is spacious, clean and very well equipped but the main attraction has to be the stunning views. The outdoor space is private and the surroundings are peaceful, we spent many late afternoons / early evenings around the pool and hot tub watching the sunset over the hills. Špiro was an excellent host, leaving some welcome food and drink in the fridge for our arrival and regularly being in touch to check we were OK and whether we needed anything. In terms of general location and things to do in the area, Omis is a town on the coast about 25 minutes drive and Split is about the same distance in the other direction. Trogir is about 45 minutes away. We did a mixture of sightseeing and activities including zip lining and rafting on the Cetina river, both of which are close by and highly recommended. A big thanks to Špiro and his parents who live above the apartment and who were very friendly and welcoming! "

"We are a family of four with two young children. We had a car so needed to stay outside of Split and this apartment looked ideal. We wanted to ensure our kids had access to a pool and when the description offered this, we enquired about how far away the pool was and were advised it was 2 minutes away. This seemed perfect so we booked. Before arrival we made enquiries with the owner about the day passes for the pool, she advised they didn’t provide the passes (no mention of this on the site) and that it would cost us 130 euros for us to have access to the pool (again no mention of this in the site). This was very disappointing for us as this was what we had agreed to do with our children as a lazy end to a busy travelling holiday. I contacted the owner to explain our situation and see if she would meet us half way with the cost (as the advert wasn’t clear) and found the response very obnoxious, no admittance of fault, just constant ‘I’m sorry YOU have misunderstood or misread the description’. It felt very unprofessional and immature.The apartment itself had plenty of amenities, a washing machine was helpful and I was looking forward to using the coffee machine but this overflowed with water when we used it. The shower also overflowed onto the floor each time we used it. The pull down bed was a great addition but no sheets/pillows were left out for us to use the sofa for our 2nd child. The apartment is within an an old tower block that whilst ok is not ideal."

"Everything was spotless at the hotel. Since it is a new establishment, both the rooms and furniture are in excellent condition. The lobby is also very clean. There's a cafe and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Ms. Brigita, the receptionist, was friendly and attentive, providing outstanding customer service. She went the extra mile by preparing breakfast boxes since we checked out early in the morning. There isn't much in the surrounding area besides the supermarket Eurospin, so having a car would be beneficial; the hotel offers free parking. Alternatively, you can take an Uber to get around. There's also a bus stop just outside the hotel, making exploring the city convenient by public transportation."
