"It was a very good experience. They helped with bags up and down the stairs. Gave local recommendations for both day life and night life. Very reasonable when we said we didn’t have cash for the hotel tax and room cleaning fee. They did try to explain the building having lots of stairs was not their fault but the law of most European countries which we understand we just felt bad because they had to explain that. I guess most people don’t like stairs but I didn’t mind. Wonderful place."

"Room was nice and clean….many places to eat, bakeries and a grocery store in the corner. It was near the main square. A personal welcome from the host was a great touch, we did not have to struggle with a lock box like most apartments."
