"This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. "

"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"Property manage me were very responsive. We added one more night close to our stay because we realize our flight was arriving super early, so we reached out, problem solved. Also, we got good recommendations on what’s around the area to eat and local sight seeing places not promoted on the internet. Overall, best customer services all around"

"The mansions on Fifth are, first of all, gorgeous inside and out. Upon arrival, I was met by a staff member who held the door for me and asked if I required help with any luggage. He then explained some history of the property when I began asking questions about it. I felt very welcomed right away. Check-in was simple and prompt. I stayed in the Amberson house, which is located next to the main building. My room was on the second floor. I could hear some people upstairs during my stay, but it was muffled and not loud at all so I was unbothered. The room has plenty of natural lighting, equipped with all my needs. I felt very safe here. I wish the bathtub had a functional plug so I could have taken a bath, but the shower worked wonderfully so it's not an issue. There is light traffic outside, nothing crazy, so it still felt calm inside. They offered breakfast for $15/person, which I declined. Check-out was also quick and easy. Overall, I would certainly recommend. I hope to return and hear the piano of the main house played sometime."

"We had a multifamily get together for the weekend and had a great stay. The property was clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice. We were able to easily communicate with the owner with any questions."

Perfect location and vibe for graduation & reunion

"This old house was perfect for our family and friends gathering for our kid's graduation. It is an easy 15-minute walk to CMU and located in a pretty neighborhood with mixed with students and permanent residents. We wanted socializing space - a dining room, living room, and porch for hanging out - and this house provided all of that. The place is old and not recently renovated, so don't expect spic and span modern. But it did have heat, AC, Internet, parking, and clean and comfortable beds. We had grandmom, uncles and aunts all above 60 and everyone loved the personality and comfort. We kind of laughed about how it reminded us of places that we lived in college, which just added to the fun. Joseph was very responsive from beginning to end. "
