Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
By far the worst hotel I have ever been to, to start with the staff that attended us upon arrival made fun of us but that could be because they were in an alcoholic state and under some kind of illegal substance, you could see it in their eyes, the rooms were dirty upon our arrival and they do not have a key so they open it for you every time you arrive at the hotel, we were there for 5 nights 6 days and none of them cleaned the room, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more they told us there was none more, additionally the reservation included breakfast which we never received, in short, stay away from this hotel it will be a bad experience like the one we had.
