"The room was clean and fairly spacious. Location was excellent, in the heart of the old town. However, on the first night, I was told there was a mistake on their end and they made me walk with my suitcase to another hotel at 2 am for that one night. On day two, they moved me to the hotel I had actually booked. The room they gave me at the actual hotel was supposed to have a balcony (paid extra for it), but the balcony was connected to the hallway not with my actual room. You'd hardly call this...
