Breakfast was ok, for this type of hotel can be better with more varieties. No local sweets as paxlava, etc. spa - Turkish bath does not work , very slippery (be careful when entering parilky). None of 3 pools are heated. Safe box accidentally closed then took 3 hours to find the man with master key. The view is amazing, property and room are pretty clean, but too many cats outside that jump to your table and you can’t leave your plate unattended. Staff were good, friendly. Close to the beach and outside is pretty nice. Good fish restaurants r in working distance. No bad smell from beach (afraid of this based on my memory on 80). Not far from Baku center , helped to visit us by friends . Overall - like this place and would like to stay longer if we can.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days in June. We are a family of 13 people with the age range from 70+ to 4 months-old babies. We really enjoyed our stay :-) Great hotel with a high quality facilities. Large and comfortable rooms with beautiful sea view. Access to private sandy beach with umbrellas and service. Breakfast has good choices suitable for all ages. The key thing of this hotel is staff :-) Very friendly, super helpful. Especial thank you to Kamal at reception and Murad and Kanat at guest-service. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, especially for families with young kids.

Hôtel très sympa qui donne accès aux piscines des autres hôtel et à la mer Les terrasses sont géniales Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique Le point noir … les horaires des piscines /spa/ salle de sport de 10h à 18h seulement et le petit déjeuner à partir de 8H par contre jusqu’à 11h

У нас был поздний заезд (в 5 утра).Приходим на рецепцию -нам заявляют -мы вас не ждали,но пока поселим в свободный номер,завтра переселим в более просторный (мы бронировали номер фемили)-ок.Далее был завтрак (отдельная песня),затем нас переселяют с оговоркой, что не видят нашего бронирования :), хотя сумму за проживание называют из нашей брони.Нам был предоставлен более просторный номер, но не сьют (фемили), который мы изначально бронировали...Далее по процедуре оплаты-можно картой? -Конечно можно,только мы с вас снимем доп-но 18%:). Все пять дней отель простоял практически пустой (при том ,что нам заявлялось о его полной резерваации.Теперь завтрак -скудный, все холодное, посуда не убирается,предлагаемое не пополняется,при этом в зале трется человек 5 персонала, которые занимаются межсобойным трепом в основном (не понимаю -куда руководство смотрит). В целом отель ок,бассейн ок,уборка ок.Все внимательны и любезны,но осадочек остался...
