"The hotel location is excellent. The room is ok (I suggest asking for one facing the carpark instead of the main road as it will be quieter). However, the hotel reception is open between 9am and midday and then between 5pm and 9pm. This information was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel description. This meant that when we arrived at the hotel at 1pm, so outside these timeframes, we could not even leave our luggage there and we had to dragged the luggage with us for hours until the reception opened later. I have suggested the hotel to include this information on their description to not mislead guests."

"Beautiful hotel close to Calais & Dunkirk so very convenient if you are doing a ferry crossing. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent dinner at a reasonable price. Highly recommend. "
