"The room was not upgraded, smelly and not very clean. The people working not friendly and not helpful. The restaurant was ok but the bugs were flying over the food. Inadequate sanitation, so a relative got sick. In other words i would never go to this hotel again. "

Very convenient parking solution. We paid in advance and when you approach the gate, the number of your car is automatically recognized, and the gate opens automatically. We loved it! "The cleanng was ok, and the room cleaning is daly, the foods ars even ok and every food is continously avaiable under the lunch, brekfast and dinner time. The pool is ok and clean, the staff help in every case. "

"Es war der schlechteste Urlaub, den wir je hatten. Die Betten waren nicht bequem und sehr klein. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde nur oberflächlich durchgeführt. Das Essen war qualitativ schlecht und zum Teil kalt (z.B. Pommes oder auch gebratenes Gehacktes im Brötchen). Andere Gäste haben direkt aus dem Buffet probiert (unhygienisch). Der Safe im Zimmer war nicht nutzbar, da die Türe mit Code verschlossen war - einziges Angebot der Rezeption, einen überteuerten Safe an der Rezeption zu buchen....

"We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."
