Great sunrise view from dining area and decks. Easy beach access.

"When we arrived there was construction happening in front of the property (building a house directly in front of this one). Unfortunately it was blocking the unobstructed ocean view that was advertised. The construction was going to take place during the entire time of our stay. I contacted the host Kevin to let him know of the construction and that we would prefer to move to a different property since it was not as advertised and the noise would be an issue. . He was very understanding and we worked out to stay a couple days until after the holiday weekend so to be able to move to another property. He offered a refund for the days we would be leaving and even allowed for a late checkout to check into the new property. He was an awesome host and very accommodating for the unfortunate timing of the construction . Unfortunately VRBO didn't offer a refund on the taxes and fees (they only offered a small vrbo credit) so I ended up paying an extra few hundred dollars to move locations. Overall given that neither us, nor the host, knew about the construction we worked it out the best we could. Kevin was one of the best hosts to deal with. Wish the house construction wasn't taking place and we could have stayed the entire week."

"House was exceptionally clean and perfect for a family vacation. The kitchen served as a great common area for friends and family to gather. Also, fully equipped with baking/cooking essentials. The host was extremely kind and communicative on demand. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit. Thanks again, Patrick. We will be back."

"We loved the location and the beach access was perfect for fishing and enjoying the captivating sunsets! The morning stargazing before sunrise was spectacular as well from the barstools on the back deck facing the ocean. Favorite moments were watching the monarch butterfly migration daily from the back patio area and watching the porpoises swim down the shoreline. The men saw sea turtles and sharks from their kayaks. Also, we enjoyed the screened in porch area during the heat of the day for relaxing! The home provides so many conveniences, seating areas, and warm touches. I especially enjoyed the “Turtle Room” and Tiki theme throughout the indoor and outdoor areas. I would highly recommend this home for couples or families!"

"Awesome weekend staying at this location. We was within walking distance to the beach and fishing. Loved that it had a complete bathroom downstairs when we came in from fishing all day and night. Great communication with the host. Very prompt responding to questions. Will recommend to family and friends!!"

"Beautiful up to date home that provided us a comfortable stay. Well equipped house from the kitchen to playing in the ocean. It has everything you could ever want or need. A great location with parking under the house which was a great benefit during the hot days. This house exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner was flawless and she answered any questions we had quickly. We absolutely loved this house and you will to."

"House and property were great. The only real problem was that the dishwasher did not work. I thought I had done something wrong after the first cycle and ran it again. Same result, the dishes weren’t clean. Send a message to the realty company (host) and they sent a plumber. He worked on the plumbing side of the unit and corrected a couple of issues but said the dishwasher needed replacing. For two days I messaged the host asking for an update and for the most part they didn’t answer at all. That is my biggest complaint. I know things break but I don’t like that they don’t answer my requests to be informed as to next steps. Found out the night before we left that they would be replacing the dishwasher after we left. Good news for the next guest but not for us. Again the real problem for us was lack of communication. A simple, we’re on it or an acknowledgment of my message would have gone a long way towards making the situation a bit more palatable."

"The property was exactly as described, and then some! This was the most peaceful beach vacation we've ever had! We saw dolphins every day, as well as sting rays, many different birds, crabs, and more. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The golf cart was fun to ride around on and explore the state parks in the area. The host was quick to respond and the personal touches were very appreciated. If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful beach vacation, this is your place!"

"I just want to express my deepest gratitude for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, it brought such a sense of peace, calm, and relaxation — exactly what our family needed.Being able to paddleboard alongside the dolphins was absolutely incredible. It felt like we were in our own little world, surrounded by so much beauty and tranquility.
