"This was our 4th stay at Fritz. The house and location are perfect for us. Close to nothing, but not far from everything! The fenced yard is just what we need for our pup and the peaceful views and atmosphere are just what we need for us. As always, Adam was most accommodating, addressing any need we had. "Very nice home. The view from the screened in porch was spectacular for sunrises every morning and lounging throughout the day. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area. We had the beach all to ourselves. The hosts were great with communication. We would highly recommend this vacation rental! "

"Excellent property, exactly as advertised, in a beautiful, rustic location. Excellent beach view and nice beach. Just understand, this is not a groomed beach in a resort location--you are in a neighborhood 15 minutes away from everything. This simple but lovely property, in excellent shape, was just what the doctor ordered to do nothing. The host was a great communicator and immediately responded to our queries. I highly recommend this property."

"Beautiful property! Easy check in and out, clean rooms and cozy beds. Lots of kid toys provided, tons of games and the screened porch area was perfect for nightly meals. "

"We loved everything about the property. Our favorite part was being able to sit out on the screened in porch, Looking out to the ocean. Sitting on the beach in front of the home is great. No one else was around but one other couple. The house is well stocked especially the kitchen. We used the gas grill every night. We went to My-way seafood in Panacea and purchased local fish, shrimp and spiney lobster. So good! Highly recommend them for fresh seafood. The house is well taken care of and very clean. Wendy is a wonderful, thoughtful host. Loved all the goodies she left for us. She communicated with us on everything we needed to know about the home very clearly. Easy check-in and out.Highly recommend Wendy’s place. We will be back.Thanks again! Adele & John "
