I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. They offered no discount or even free coffee.. we were told our room was ready 3 times and after walking up 87 steps up we find out its not. "I enjoyed my stay at Pierre & Vacances Colmar and would be happy to stay there again. The apartment was well equipped with everything you might need and is in a good location for the town centre, train and bus station. There is a baggage storage room available as well, which was very useful. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke several languages. They supplied maps of the town and marked on the quickest way to get to the historic part."
