"Was a perfect stay. We were nervous of how far out from the city is was but there's a bus stop literally outside the door. We also had our own car and parking was easy. There's a small convience store as well for quick morning trips. Host commuticated great. Had no issues finding the place and checking in. "

"Excellent vacation rental. Much nicer than pictured. Mr Schmitt was a very gracious host. He had ready for us, in Engish, valuable information on train schedules, shopping and suggested sightseeing throughout south east Germany. The vacation house is in Moosach, 15 minutes to the train station, and 25 minutes by train to Munich Central Station. We would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Munich area to stay here. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Germany."

"I don’t understand the bad reviews! I had a small room but it was just me and it was all that I needed. The breakfast was great for something that’s complimentary. Would stay here again. Don’t stay here if you expect to stay in a generic modern hotel, this one has character and charm :)"
