4 Bed 3 Bath Riverfront Tranquility

This 4 bedroom 3 bath nestled in the woods on the Pere Marquette river will give you the rest and privacy you seek to maximize your vacation. Minutes from trail heads, stores, restaurants and hiking trails, this is going to be a relaxing place at the top of your list. The 4 Bedrooms are freshly remodeled along with 2 of the 3 bathrooms.
A NEW UPDATED dining area that really compliments a well stocked kitchen with new pots, pans , bowls and pretty much anything you might need if you like to cook !? Beautiful wrap around deck with outdoor patio furniture, that overlooks the fire pit and river. Start your day on the dock with a hot coffee while listening to sounds of the river, taking in the fresh air of the forest.
This house has 3 couches, a beautiful oak table with additional seating at the high top. Big screen TV in the dining area , master bedroom, and in the living room ! Watch your sports while in the heart of nature. Fish the river for Brown trout from two docks which are part of 300' of frontage on the PM. Hike the scenic trails of North Country Trail just minutes away. You won't want to leave this little piece of tranquility on the river! This Property also has adjoining property available if you want to have extra guests with their own private rustic cabin !! Please feel free to Inquire if your in need of room for extra guests ? Beautiful setting for family getaway

We had a great stay. The owner reached out ahead of time to provide information, answered our questions while we were there, and had great information in the home to help make our stay as easy as possible. We loved having multiple spaces, upstairs and down, to hang out. The outdoor spaces were fantastic. The docks were perfect for sitting and watching the fish go by. We're definitely booking another stay!

Beautiful home on secluded river

Host - Paul - was excellent to communicate with. Home was perfect for 6 adults for the weekend. Firepit in the backyard was great & the wood was tarped off to stay dry. Highly recommend booking with Paul.

Great getaway

We enjoyed how quiet and convenient the cabin was to fishing access. The cabin was very well equipped with all the conveniences on would need for a week's stay. All appliances and utilities were in great working order. Everything we needed for enjoying our stay for fishing the Pierre Marquette and Traverse City Bay. Would be a great place for a family stay.

This property worked well for our long weekend away with family. Access to things in Ludington, beautiful property and well stocked kitchen and cooking utensils. The satellite TV was great too!!

River Side Tranquility

Property and house were perfect for our stay. Location was great and Paul was a very accommodating Host. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was clean and working properly. Paul made accommodations for us to check in early due to a change in our schedule. He was also quick to respond if we had any questions. We will be booking again next year. Thanks for a great trip!!!

Great place!

This was the perfect spot for our family get together. The 3 levels helped to space people out, the outside was fabulous for conversation around the fire, playing in the water, outdoor games, plenty of parking, etc. Paul is a friendly guy and very accommodating!

Perfect!!!

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Very private and quiet location with tons of salmon swimming through the stream out back. Owner answered any questions I had prior to getting there. Will rent again next year 👍

Good central location

We are motorcycle riders that were looking for a central Michigan location to ride from. This house met our needs. The roadway to the house was sand which was a little trickie but manageable.

Riverfront house with a lot of privacy!

This house was perfect for our family trip with a toddler! We enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor space/patio and bonfire set up - it made it a great place to spend quality time together without being around tons of other people. Paul is a wonderful host and directed us toward many activities for kayaking and fishing in the area and was super responsive to all our communications!

Peaceful, quiet time away

My husband and I spent 4 nights at the cabin- since it’s only 1 1/4 hour from Grand Rapids, it was the perfect location for our adult children to drive out for a day or night visit. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. Less than 10 min drive to a nice grocery store. Paul was easy to work with- responded to texts promptly!

Wonderful & Relaxing stay

I would like to thank Paul for the great weekend my family and I had. Paul is a great host and very helpful. The property is very nice and secluded, exactly what we were looking for. Lake Michigan and Ludington State Park are only about 40-50 min drive. The house is clean and it has everything you need.

Great cabin, very relaxing & no contact check-in/check-out.

My family had an excellent vacation at this cabin. Paul has thought of every aspect to make your stay as great as possible from very comfortable bedding, couches and dish tv for when inside to a large amount of seating outside to enjoy the deck and a nice fire pit with an abundant supply of fire wood provided. The cabin was very clean and kitchen well stocked. The dock on the river is a nice place to relax at the end of the day. We will certainly try to make it back again next year!
