"Stayed 3 nights. Really enjoyed it. The hotel was spotless, staff were excellent! Room quiet with a good view over the adjacent park/lake Loads of parking. Area very quiet at night. Right on the seafront. Breakfast was ok. Not great - buffet was luke warm and the quality of the hot food was poor imo. But I want to thank Ben on reception when we checked out for the help and compassion he showed in regards to another room I had booked - friends couldn’t fulfil due to a very sudden bereavement "
