The hotel is located at Balikpapan Super Block (BSB) where you can find various restaurants, malls, mini markets, hypermarkets, etc. The hotel room is small compared to the same rate hotel in the BSB area but the types of furniture are quite modern. Room service needs more to pay attention to clean around the bed area where in some cases I found dust and small spider web residual on it."

"The staff was excellent. The facility needs a lot of work. This is directly attributable to the ownership. Previous guests are not held accountable for damages they cause. Again, the staff is excellent and does the best it can with what it has to work with."
