"The home was wonderful. Well appointed with everything anyone may need for their stay. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and beds. The view is wonderful, the pool is clean and well maintained. The property manager lives a few homes away and was very responsive when one of the AC units in a bedroom wasn’t working. It couldn’t be fixed during our stay, but she brought over a fan. We will stay at this home again if it’s available next year. "

"Neat, clean house with 4 bedrooms and baths to comfortably accommodate our family of six adults. Location was convenient to local shops and beaches. Since we visited Ilica in July of 2024, the ambient temperature was in the upper 30s C every day. That prompted us to turn on the A/C in bedrooms to cool the rest of the house, and it worked. We suggest availability of more bath and beach towels. However, we all had a very nice stay."
