Great value place and lots of space for a family. We stayed in 11B and there’s a sky light in the room - which makes it quite bright for sleeping. There was a cover but it was rattling with the wind. Otherwise, clean and comfortable!

Fabulous place to stay but the microwave was a challenge to use ! Didn’t see any staff apart from the cleaner on the morning of our departure so can’t comment on the staff . Communication via text and email was good . Would stay there again 😊

We were surprised the tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t stream anything , on top of that the tv had little to no channels, 3 or 4 free to air channels were available. Pillows were terrible but the bed was comfy and the room was really nice .

Lots of Period Features, Needs a bit of TLC

good location with lots of on street parking, this hotel offers apartment stays in period building with some fine period features including high ceilings. There definitely needs to be some maintenance to shower caulking and grout and the shower fixture itself must have been broken by a previous guest and was no longer adjustable which is not good. The sound proofing between 2 bedrooms with the doors shut was deplorable and you could hear your friends turn over it was so bad...might not be good for couples wanting privacy once the door is closed! The kitchen offers basic sachets of coffee/tea and cookies and there was milk in the fridge...no dishwasher. No reception during our stay...lockbox key access and key drop...not sure how you would pay for minibar??? Old photos of Ballarat would be preferable to the Eiffel Tower!

Our room was beautiful and the chandelier was stunning. Just like in the photos. We were welcomed to the room where the fire was already on and warm for us. We have stayed here before and loved the convenient location being able to walk to the restaurants. We will be back again soon. Thank you.

Pros- easy parking at rear of property Self Check in with code to collect your Door key/swipe card. Large rooms with high ceilings Good water pressure in shower Pillow choices on bed Cons-Could hear loud neighbours through adjoining door which offers no soundproofing. Bed was too soft for me but other guests may love them. Skylights are unable to be darkened during daylight savings hours which can affect early sleepers.

Beautiful luxury apartment in Ballarat

Stayed 2 nights at Ballarat Premier Apartments. Beautifully appointed luxury apartments in wonderful old heritage building, large rooms, super comfortable beds, full kitchenette. Great walkable location to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again when in Ballarat and can highly recommend. Only downside, the pillows were not at all comfortable, quite firm and too high. We will take our own pillows when we stay there again 😂
