Very central within CBD & extremely large motel with huge amount of rooms. Rooms are in need of updating, (I have stayed in worse) but this was okay, bed comfortable, great tv, shower had great pressure & parking was great .. Cost of my room included breakfast which was good & had a reasonable array of food for breakfast. Overall I would use this motel again as pricing was about right for the standard of rooms, but needs a little bit of TLC Staff were very helpful and obliging also.

Stayed here for the weekend, staff were so friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a mix of old style and new. Room has a mini bar with chocolates, alcoholic bevs and soft drink. Also offers breakfast which were delicious.

We really appreciated the clean comfortable room, friendly staff, daily room servicing, happy hour and included buffet breakfast. While we didn't dine in the restaurant- dinner menu looked great. The staff always greeted us with a smile. The hotel was a fantastic base for our exploration of the Ballarat region. We will recommend this hotel to others considering staying in Ballarat.
