Most incredible house & location in Northern NSW. Was perfect for a creative workshop we had as a group of 10. Easy check in and very supportive and responsive host.

The Snappers

A truly amazing property so close to Lennox Head, Ballina and Byron Bay areas. The house was so well tailored for us with everything we needed including fruit bowl, beach towels, games, movie subscriptions and more. A fantastic holiday.

Birthday getaway

Leah’s property was everything that we could have hoped for, it was well equipped with anything you could think of. The location is close enough to walk to the beach and local shops. The booking experience and communication with Leah was exceptional with prompt responses. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back

The complete package

I stayed at Leah's amazingly presented and built home with young and old. Everyone had a great time and were always occupied with the many gaming options, pool and TV room. We all plan in returning.

Fabulous property, has everything you will need and more. Very comfortable stay for us with 10 in our party, age range from 3 to 90. A beautifully presented property in a wonderful location. Sol villa

Lovely home. Really well set up and a real oasis in the back yard. Host was fantastic and we were all really impressed with the property and the little extras, fruit,cheeses etc provided. I would recommend it to anyone Thankyou

Could not fault this property. A fantastic place to relax and recharge. Leah has created an amazing space, well equipped with attention to detail. Great communication and essy check in. Only downside was having to leave! Do yourself a favour and stay at Sol Villa 😊
