"The room was clean with comfortable beds. The staff were polite. The only complaint ( if you can call it that) is that the coffee machine in the main area was closed by 10:30am. It would have been nice to come back and grab a coffee/hot chocolate and relax after a day of exploring"

"Really enjoyed my stay here! Beautiful hotel with gorgeous decor and a great vibe. The staff were lovely and very helpful! A great location as well being walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and sights. Would recommend staying here when visiting Belfast!"

"Pros: close to the town center and the starting point of the hop on hop off bus tour. Several pubs with food within a few blocks walk. Cons: The mechanicals were giving the staff issues. The hot water system was off and on. The AC in the room was not working and since the hotel was at the crossroads of two main roads opening the window to get some cooler air made sleeping a bit difficult without earplugs. For us the duvets are always too hot so we had the housekeeper put just a flat sheet for a cover. There were no light blankets available so we purchased one and it improved our comfort. Overall a reasonable stay for 4 nights and the manager was very conciliatory but frustrated with the mechanical issues which she indicated had developed that week."

"Really good area we stayed for the weekend and was Stan fifteen minutes walk to the cathedral quarter bars and half an hour to the titanic exhibition. Funky new hotel with bar and food downstairs good all round"

"Wen I arrived I was given a ring that had not been cleaned yet, they switched me to a different room. The room I had, had a funny smell to it. I believe it was the chemicals used to clean. It was convenient having a restaurant in the hotel. It would be even better if room service were an option. The facility was clean. Breakfast, I wish more options were given but it was good. I was able to check in as bit early as well. All together a good stay."

"These beautiful ocean view pods are exactly like the images you see online. The view is gorgeous and there's nothing better than waking up to that sunrise over the water. It's magical! The pods and the grounds were clean, it's so peaceful there. I highly recommend this amazing experience!"

"We stayed here for 1 night after attending a wedding in Ballymena. The hotel has a welcoming, comfortable feel about it as a first impression and, the staff were very helpful from the start. Our room was OK but the bathroom a bit tired looking. Breakfast choices very good."
