"Everything was great, the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the TV had no channels and was in German when we first switched it on. We rang down to reception twice and had two visits from different staff members to try and fix the issue, the first doing nothing at all to help. In the end I just used google lens' translate setting to firstly find out how to change the language to English, then to tune the TV to get channels to appear. Apart from that ridiculous, and I imagine quite rare scenario, we had a great stay!"

"Spacious, clean rooms. Poorly equipped regarding lighting and mirrors for hair and make up but otherwise very comfortable. Poorly replenished breakfasts but tasty food when available"

"Clean room, excellent staff. Parking was expensive and the garage where they offered the discount has some tight turns. Lanyon garage is much better but three times the price. "

"My wife and I booked two nights at the Malone Hotel and liked it so much we stayed for an extra night. Friendly staff comfortable room good food Situated in a quiet leafy part of Belfast but close enough to the city and all its amenities. I highly recommend the Malone Hotel. "
