"Everything perfect. Bucharest is not going to be our favourite city I'm afraid, but the hotel made our stay memorable. The rooms are a bit dated, but still opulent and radiates old money vibe. The only letdown was the spa area as it is managed by an external company who also manages the gym and overall it doesn't match the 5 star luxury that you experience everywhere else."

A very pleasant experience only complaint was staff did not replenish our water or sugar but they were quick to bring to our room.
