"It suited us, the area is a little bit out of the way but the Metro is a 20 minute walk away on relatively dangerous roads but it's ok. The property was ideal for what we needed. "

Had to text property manager and waited until noon to have access to internet.Had a family emergency (mother was admitted into hospital) and needed to leave property sooner. Informed property manager of situation and requested a credit for the 3 nights that were not used. Property manager called me rude and forceful in my demands. I explained to her that I don’t want a refund but a credit of 2-3 nights at a later time during my stay.Customer...
