"When we go back to Tallin we definitely will stay in this beautiful hotel again. Very happy. As it was only new there were a couple of hiccups but all was fabulous."
"We absolutely loved our stay! The spa facilities were great, the chocolate hour was a lovely surprise and it’s super walkable to the city centre. I shall be staying here again for sure"

Palace Hotel Tallinn, a member of Radisson Individuals
10/10 Excellent
"What a wonderful hotel in a wonderful location. Speedily checked in by the charming Ellina we were soon in our lovely, spacious room on the 6th floor. Everything about the Hotel Palace was impressive, it’s not difficult to see why it’s a serial award winner. It looks immaculate throughout and we just felt so very well taken care of. Breakfast was of excellent quality and wide ranging choice. I’d also recommend the Cafe where the pastries both look and taste, fabulous. The Hotel Palace is a superb place to stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Estonia. Quick final mention for Irena our housekeeper who kept our room looking super tidy and clean 🙂"
"Great stay in a convenient location. Building has everything you need. A kitchen, laundry room and somewhere to sit and eat. Great concept. Not like your standard hotel, felt more like living in an apartment building. The hotel's sister restaurant Lou Lou was great although it does get very busy which impacts service. The menu for hotel guests (where breakfast is included) is a little limited but I enjoyed it every morning. Old town was about a 10-minute walk away. Tallinn port was around 7 minutes away which is ideal. Nautica shopping mall is 5 minutes away. A good mix of shops including the supermarket Rimi. The downside is the construction work happening by the hotel. It was an eyesore and not the best view from my window so I couldn't open the curtains. "
"Beautiful Spa and pool. The gym was very well equipped.
All staff were professional but with a lovely natural and friendly manner.
As for the breakfast….the most amazing breakfast selection we have ever had during a hotel stay.
We’d without a doubt stay again and recommend it highly to anyone considering Swissotel Tallinn. "
"This was a very nice hotel with everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is excellent—right in a walkable area near great restaurants and the old town, which made exploring effortless. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with clean lines and thoughtful decor throughout.
The wellness facilities were a standout: a spotless pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room that felt like a mini spa retreat. Our room had comfortable beds and a good shower, and everything was impeccably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
Traveling with a small child, we really appreciated the in-room TV services—having Netflix and YouTube made downtime easy and enjoyable. Plus, having a grocery store right next door was a huge convenience for snacks and essentials.
I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend. It’s a great blend of location, comfort, and thoughtful amenities."
"A perfect hotel for an international tourist. Great facilities, friendly staff, great breakfast. The only single downfall is the road it's on. A challenge to get to with a car or on foot. "
"The staff were very attentive and spoke flawless English. The breakfast was excellwnt with great selections of breads and smoked fish. The location was perfect for walking to the old town."
