I have stayed in the BWI Aloft several times now. It is clean and modern with spacious rooms and baths. Staff is polite and helpful. Airport shuttle is on time and efficient. It is a very nice place to stay for flights.

The staff was great. The room was clean and I wanted to pack the bed up and take it home with me. The only bad things were that the air conditioner was very loud and the phone didn't work. Again, the staff was great and totally above and beyond, especially the evening airport driver.

Overall, we liked the knowledgeable and friendly nature of the front desk personnel who staffed the front desk 24 hours a day. They are an asset to the property. We also liked Warren who was our shuttle driver for Aloft property when we arrived and throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. But there was another shuttle driver -- Charlie who was rude and unprofessional.
