**There is street parking in front of the house, which may be full in the evening. There is a private parking space in the back of the house, but it won't fit bigger cars.

PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

TRASH AND RECYCLING DAY
*Every MONDAY AND THURSDAY, please put your trash the street side the night before.

ADDITIONAL GUEST
*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking
*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)

LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.

PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)


ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules

This is a great location. But host needs to address several issues. Broken glass lens cover under microwave. Many of the utensils, except spoon as there was only 1, were dirty and needed to be washed. Load of towels in the dryer. Stair bannister loose. Not how things appeared in the pictures. I had great expectations based on those photos. Communication with host was fluid although many times the situation was misunderstood which lead to frustration on my part. Probably would not select again.

Great spot - comfortable and clean home. The parking was plentiful during the day on the street, but filled up at night. The parking space in the back could accommodate only a very small car.

Beautiful rowhouse in quiet neighborhood

Communication with host was excellent, property is beautiful & comfortable. Neighborhood is walkable, safe, & quiet. Parking can be an issue in the evening, but we were always able to find street parking within a block or two.

Great home in a great location!

This is a very nice and comfortable row house that sits right in between Fells Point and Canton. Safe, quiet street with nice neighbors and you can walk to everything. Communication and access was seamless. Highly recommend it!

Great weekend in Baltimore

Our entire stay went amazing. The location, cleanliness, and communication with the host was perfect. Would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a weekend in Baltimore. House was close to restaurants and bars and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would 100% book again!

Easter in Baltimore

We were visiting family in the Canton. area of Baltimore and this house was perfect. It was very clean, plenty of bathrooms and the bedrooms were each very private. The location can't be beat and it is near OneDo Coffee Roasters which is fabulous coffee shop. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The owners made it clear that this house should not be used for parties. This was no issue for us but don't rent if this is your intention. I would stay here again.

Great Location

We were happy to have a place in walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. We were able to find street parking easily. Each room has its own private bathroom which our family of 4 really appreciated. There were a few items left from a previous stay (which is why we put 3 stars for cleanliness). Overall, the owner was very quick with communication and made our first Vrbo a great experience!

Beautiful house in a great location

My 2 friends and I enjoyed a 3-night midweek stay in this beautifully renovated townhouse (row home). The house in located in walking distance of restaurants/bars, shops, and a grocery store. Parking is not an issue during the day. It was easy to find street parking within 2-3 blocks in the evening. The ‘parking space’ behind the house is quite small; a subcompact car might fit. The beds are comfortable. We loved that you had a bathroom adjacent to each bedroom. The kitchen is nicely appointed with the basics. If you plan to do much cooking; you may be limited by the assortment of pots & utensils. We had everything we needed for breakfast and snacks. The detergent used to wash the sheets had a strong scent, which might be problematic if you are sensitive to scents.

Trash can full of trash upon arrival

The home was lovely but hard to enjoy due to the trash that must have been left for days because there were annoying flies and gnats everywhere throughout our entire stay. I reached out to the property manager who was very apologetic, but only had his cleaners come by to compact the trash outside of the home. This home is too beautiful to only half way clean. On the bright side, the neighborhood was great and walkable. My girlfriends and I felt safe, we'd stay again if we could be assured that there was a new cleaning crew in place.

Great location with some issues

Let’s start with the good. Location was great in Canton, walkable neighborhood and close to a grocery store, restaurants, parks and bars. The unit was an updated row house with nice finishes. Check in was very easy and manager was responsive The not so good: AC is finicky and uneven, main floor was comfortable, basement was cold and upstairs where master is was very warm. Setting AC lower didn’t really affect the upstairs much which leads me to the fans. Because of AC being finicky and uneven you need the fan blowing upstairs. There were three black remotes on walls in each room with a fan and a light kit. On day one none of the remotes worked. You could turn on the fan plus light with a wall switch but they both had to be on or off. So night one we slept with fan on because it was too warm upstairs not to but had to have a light lit on so it was like sleeping in daylight. I communicated this to manager and he had to talk to the owner but couldn’t reach them so no resolution. Day two manager suggested to try all remotes on all fans because they could have been mixed up. Luckily one remote was mixed up and worked on the master bedroom so we could turn off the light but the other remotes did not work at all. In addition the shower in basement did not have warm water at all. Our family of four had to use the upstairs shower exclusively. Overall cleanliness and preparedness of the unit wasn’t amazing. There was a load of wet towels in the washing machine.

Clean, roomy, close to so much!

My family of four stayed for a long weekend. The home was clean and roomy for a row house. Walking distance to inner harbor and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Graduation Weekend

3 couples (and 1 baby) stayed here for a long weekend. Location was great! Parking was manageable (be careful of parking in the bus lane). Condo was nicely renovated and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. My only recommendation is something in the bathroom to hang towels. We’ll be back! Thank you, Leon!
