Checked in to stay a night for a wedding in the hotel. Upon entering the room the floor was dirty. The hot water in the shower wasn't working, the hot water in the sink wasn't working, the fridge isn't working. Called down to the front desk the poor woman is overwhelmed, not her fault, she was actually sweet. While I was at the wedding maintenance fixed the water but not the fridge so ice bags in the cooler will have to do for the night.

Excellent restaurant staff excellent Front Desk employees excellent housekeeping EXCEPT for Front Desk supervisor. She was absolutely terrible. bad attitude. Unwilling to help. Actually rude to address the most reasonable requests. Light speed jumping to the word no. even after one of the Front Desk employees had successfully resolved our minor request, she butted in to undo what he had done. Not sure of her name but she was the daytime front desk supervisor.
