"If you're coming here, you know it's not fancy, but that's OK. I have to say, they win the award for Best Elevator -- never a wait. Staff (even maintenance man) were exceptionally friendly. Bummed out that you have to reserve your time at the pool in one-hour blocks, but at least they have an indoor pool. Great location for grocery store, liquor store and lots of restaurants. Ash trays in front of building so you don't feel like a bad person if you're out there smoking. :)"

"Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Elevators haven't been working well for a while. Toilet water pressure is awful. One of the mattresses was caving in. Lamp not working. Dining area under par."

"It was ok. In the bathroom the shower didn't drain and toilet didn't flush correctly. Hallways smelled of weed."

"I was really impressed with the overall hotel. Spacious room had everything we needed, safe, fridge, iron board, blow dryer and lots of outlets. Breakfast was great but need to get there before nine, seems they don’t replenish after that. My only disappointment was checkin, after driving 10 hours we actually arrived early, asked if our room was ready they stated our room type was not which was a king but a double queen of equal value was available. I stated no problem but was going to be 50.00 charge for 1 1/2 before checkin time. I felt if they had an available room which was prepaid already that out of good customer service we should’ve been able to take that room without an extra charge. Just my opinion."
