"The entrance to our apartment was down a narrow alleyway to the back of the building. Then steep stairs to our apartment. Everything was pretty minimalistic. The 2 beds were close to the floor, they only gave us 2 small toilet paper rolls for our 3 night stay (had to buy some & Kleenex). A very small kitchen. Had to use bathroom for water & to clean plates, silverware, etc. The kitchen table was in bad shape, burned areas & the chairs were unsteady (screws missing). I wouldn’t recommend seniors...

Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

"Perfect location for Camden Yards. Easy check in, spacious room, great staff. Food at Bistro 360 was amazing. The only improvements would be to the pool area. Loads of places to sit, but no umbrellas. Pool very small for size of hotel. We tried numerous times but could not use. I think I expected a more relaxing atmosphere. Not like great wolf lodge with blasting music and singers. Even if we could have got a seat we would not have stayed as it was obnoxiously loud. So if a pool not a must then this is an excellent choice!"

"This is a great place to stay close to many neighborhoods. It's proximity to these neighborhoods made it easy to walk to Fells Point, the Inner Harbor, and Little Italy. The fornt desk helped us get to Camden Yards to see a game by pointing out where to catch the free shuttle link just steps away form the hotel. The room was spacious, the showwer was excellent. The breakfasst was one of the best I have had in all my stays in hotels. The beds were comfortable but a little small (they were advertised as double beds). The system of reserving the pool was necessary as the pool is quite small. My son had a reservation and had the pool all to himself, Loved our stay and would come again!"

"I loved the bed and pillows. Very comfortable sleep. Not thrilled with the old bathroom and old tub. NO HAIR DRYER??? Are you kidding me?? No phone in room to call down to front desk for one. Had to walk to front desk with wet hair to ask for one only to say they would send one up. For $300 a night, I expected at least a hair dryer."
