"Paid a lot to stay here for 1 night since it was the weekend of a concert. AC never cooled our room below 72. Water in the shower was barely a trickle and cool/warm at best. Reported both issues and sadly they could have cared less. Neither were fixed and hotel did not offer any sort of compensation. ..."
