"Pros: -Staff was helpful and kind -Location is amazing! It is close to almost everything you could want including restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream, grocery stores, and so much more. -Breakfast was great! The breakfast included an omelet bar, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and pastries. -Pool was very relaxing after a day of sightseeing and exploring! Cons: -The rooms are dated. The bathroom doors dont completely shut and there is some minor cracks in the ceilings. Despite the needing a little tlc, I would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is so peaceful and quiet. The cabin had everything we needed. Nice bbq grill, even a golf cart to use around the gated community. Super nice pool area, too. Thomas is kind and responsive. He sent all the necessary information prior to check in. He responded quickly. The location is perfect. Close to OWA and the outlet malls. There’s a gas station, dollar general, and liquor store just across the street. We had such a fun and relaxing getaway, and we plan to travel here again."

"Everything was great - bedroom and bathroom accommodations, cleanliness, pools, beach access, storage for beach toys, covered parking, etc. The kids really enjoyed the water slide and Lazy River-which was one of the many driving factors to stay here. Hats off to the staff too for keeping the place in such great shape!"

"Our 2026 family vacation was a Southern Charm was truly one we’ll never forget! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family gathering. Melissa was so kind and pleasant to work with, and the home was spotless when we arrived.We had 28 family members traveling from Louisiana, Florida, and West Virginia, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, every room was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals for a large group.One of our favorite features was the amazing wraparound porch. It quickly became our favorite gathering place! We spent countless hours together playing games, especially cornhole, laughing, and making memories that will last a lifetime.Even when Tropical Storm Bertha came through during our stay, it didn’t put a damper on our vacation. Instead, we made the best of it, stayed together, and had just as much fun. In many ways, it made our time together even more special.This was honestly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and it was truly a Southern Charm played a huge part in I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone planning a family vacation, reunion, or simply looking for the perfect place to relax and make unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to come back!"
