My wife and I had a great 4-day stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa. The hotel is truly amazing with outstanding friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and modern rooms, and a really nice ambience. The breakfast was awesome with an incredible choice of flavorful items and live counters. There were four restaurants to choose from. In addition, we availed of some other activities such as the spa and sailing on a catamaran. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly. Rahul at the restaurant, Deptimala the manager and everyone went out of their way to ensure the stay was fabulous. Loads of activities, wonderful food, kid friendly.

One of the finest properties in Goa. It’s literally at the Bambolim beach. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious as well with a good shower. Their restaurants(all 3 + bar) are really good! The food and the drinks are awesome. Their Bar Star - Kush is an amazing Mixologist! I’d highly recommend trying his cocktails! If you are looking to stay somewhere around the centre of the city, then this is an ideal hotel! The staff is courteous and always ready to help! The breakfast spread was really good too!

Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

I’ve no words to describe the stay here. It was one hell of an experience. The staff is just fantastic and the property itself is a whole vacation vibe. If you won’t leave the place you would still enjoy every bit of goa. A big big thanks to Mayur, Om and Suchitra for their outstanding hospitality. I’m in love with the place and everytime I’m in Goa- this is where I’m staying.

Great property overall with options to keep the kids occupied. The buffet breakfast had huge options… The on-site casino was great . Though they have a cover charge for entry , it covered dinner , drinks and entertainment ( dance singing performances)… which was decent. They provide drop off for kids while adults are in the casino… which worked out well. Overall a good experience.

Taxi Service is super expensive. Also there is no sofa or sitting are on any of the floor . Rooms are average, nothing special. We can get these kind of room in 3 star property too. Overall good service , average breakfast and Dinner. I wouldn't go again.
