"Everything was good, and I really enjoyed my stay. The location is not right in the city centre, so you do need to take a taxi or a bus to get there. My only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast, as it was a bit boring. It would be much more exciting to have dim sum and a wider variety of cakes in the morning! Also, it would be great if coffee capsules were provided in the room automatically without guests having to ask. I didn't ask for any for the first 8 days because I was using my own coffee, and I only realised later on that they were available. Additionally, I stayed in a connecting room and think the hotel should provide an extra proper chair for each room, instead of just a big stool, so guests can sit down comfortably. In the bathroom, it would be good to provide hand soap, as I had to use the shower gel to wash my hands. On the positive side, the toilet flush was powerful, the shower pressure was strong, and the room was very clean. Whenever we asked the maids to clean up, they did a fantastic job!"

"The Pool was an amazing spot on top of the roof the buffet downstairs in the morning was always solid food! All times ranging from everyday breakfeast to different type of Thai food and the hotel in general had many awesome things to highlight about it ETC"

"I had a great stay at Somerset Rama 9 Bangkok. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, making it very easy to settle in and relax. The gym was a real highlight — top class, with excellent equipment and facilities that are well above what you typically find in a hotel. Overall, I had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok."
