Gracious and very helpful staff (owner), who was willing and able to make last minute travel accommodation, recreational/leisure plans, including pick up and drop off at the airport due to our late evening arrival. "Just WOW! My husband and I just stayed at this stunning resort for 3 nights during our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible! Honestly wish we had more time because they offer so many activities at the resort to keep you busy every day. Every staff member was so warm and kind and treated us with such amazing hospitality. We are already talking about our return one day when we have children because they also cater well for young kids (kids club, etc). Special shoutout to Alisa who we had the pleasure of having as our server for our dinner meals the entire stay. She was such a sweetheart and so personable. Thank you Four Seasons Chiang Mai for making our special occasion so great! "
