"Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset."

"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

"My stay here was pretty good, I just had a really strange encounter with one of the owners upon check out when she practically yelled at me to bring her my key (I left it in the door as generally there was no staff around to give it to). She could’ve politely said she didn’t want to climb the stairs and I would’ve happily got it, but the way she spoke to me was really out of nowhere and odd and so I didn’t rebook.
