"I had a terrible experience. My children and I walked into our first room, and it was dirty and not cleaned from the night before. We went to the front desk to request a new room, and we went into that room, settled in, looked forward to a nice relaxing evening, and discovered the toilet was not working. I went to the front desk and told them we needed a plunger, and the staff person at the front desk handed me a plunger and did not say anything. The plunger did not fix the problem, so we...

"This hotel is tired. It seems like current management is trying to bring it back but there’s a long way to go. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But my room was very dark and had only one lamp. Bath is antiquated but everything worked. The breakfast buffet was better than expected- eggs and sausage in addition to the usual cold items. Carpets in certain areas were in need of cleaning. Indoor pool looked to be in good shape. I had lunch at the restaurant and it was meh."

"the staff was very helpful and even made me a waffle ! The bed was comfortable but not my at home luxury. I made use of the hot/tub whirlpool and the indoor pool needed the bottom resealed as it was peeling off. I would return and enjoy breakfast !!"

"The room was so dirty. Dust on all surfaces - lamps, headboard, etc. Microwave and fridge had visible residue all over the front. The desk and chair had grease and food crumb. Corners of carpet around baseboard look like never vacuumed. Toilet had a ring of mold. Sheets had holes and were pilled. This is a very low budget, cheap hotel. I was glad I only stayed 1 night."

"Very clean Hotel/ Rooms. Staff was friendly and the breakfast had pretty descent choices. Best Bedding I've ever slept in. The blanket was the softest I've ever had (usually their stiff due to lack of fabric softener). Will Definitely stay again."
