"What a lovely little spot"

"My wife and I stayed here with a good friend for 4 nights. The house is lovely. Rick has it equipped with everything you need and is without a doubt the best host we've ever had in a rental. He immediately responds to any email and could not have been more helpful and friendly.The house is beautiful, well kept and in a wonderful quiet location a short walk to the beach down a quiet lane. Face Rock Beach is just up the road and town is 3 minutes away. We have come to Bandon every year for the past 45 years and this was easily one of our best stays!"

"The property has a fantastic location. Easy walk to the beach where you can walk and walk in either direction. The property was clean and comfortable with two great decks. As other reviewers have noted, the decor is dated. That didn't bother me because I've never stayed in a beach house that seemed up-to-date and I think the price reflects it. My only complaint is that it's a little beat up inside and out. Nothing that ruined my stay, but worth noting. I would gladly stay there again."
