This beautiful and dog-friendly home is nestled on a bluff overlooking the untamed Pacific Ocean. You can walk directly to the beach and it will take you just a minute or two. You'll have plenty of space for two in this studio and if you need more room the attached cottage can also be rented.

What's nearby:
Downtown Bandon is a short and convenient two and a half mile-drive and there you can find a plethora of dining options (seafood, pizza, Asian food, Mexican food, etc.), markets and convenience store, and more! This charming city is also well-known for its historic lighthouse and the highly-acclaimed golf courses you can find at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort (eight miles away). You can find even more outdoor activities by the coastline that include horseback riding on the beach, fishing, crabbing, etc.

Greatly alr. A little rusty but warm and comfy bed

Good deal. Beach access and privacy excellent. Bathroom sink slow draining. Place needs love and paint and deep clean. Also a few more kitchen amenities like baggies and measuring cups.

Quaint, quiet, small, pragmatic, convenient - 2 large picture windows of a very nice ocean view.

Easy access, good ocean view with sounds of the waves. No frills & it's not setup for partying, but a nice place to enjoy the ocean from. Close enough to town to get groceries & things - far enough away to be fairly secluded and feel private. It's a good mix for single people or a couple.

It is Everything You could want on the Oregon Coast!!

Year after year I am so grateful to be able to enjoy the Ocean Vista. It has perfect views, location to walk the beach, all the amenities to relax and close to downtown playing. We have been coming here at least once a year for years after trying lots of places this is our favorite. THANK YOU!!

Lovely little cabin, with incredible views!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. Clean, comfortable and well equipped little kitchen. Obviously most of our daylight hours were spent on the stunning beach and then being able to relax at night with the incredible views was a treat! This stay was part of our Pacific Coast road trip and we found this accommodation to be reasonably priced as well.

Speechless view

This little studio was just perfect for my 10-yo son, the 2 corgis, and myself. The windows are incredible and the beach is just a quick walk away. You can see the rocks right there in the ocean and the sunset was GORGEOUS! This was a perfect sanctuary for a weekend get away! We will definitely be back! :)

There are two picture windows that look directly out onto the ocean, so the view is beautiful! It’s a small studio with a very small kitchenette, but it’s cozy. However, it needs a deep cleaning. There was ground dirt in the corners and dark stains around the toilet floor. The linoleum in the bathroom needs to be replaced.

Cute studio with great views but could use some TLC

We loved the location and the views! The kitchen is well stocked. It’s perfect for two people and it’s quiet except for the refrigerator runs loudly at night. The appliances work but they are need of upgrades. The place was dusty which didn’t help my asthma. It’s a cute place, it just needs a little work to make it top notch.

Great ocean view

View was perfect! Hard to get down to the beach though for my husband with limited mobility. Well maintained but appliances are outdated. Burners are so crooked that my pancakes came out lopsided. One of the reasons I booked this property was to listen to the waves at night. However, the refridgerator was so loud I couldn't hear them. It also vibrated the floor. Felt like the old magic fingers beds. T-Fal pans are also scarred.

Bliss and peace with pups.

Such easy access to the spectacular nearly vacant beach. Despite us hearing about Bandon leash law no one had their dogs leashes. They were free to play. The unit was clean and the bed comfy. Wonderful up to four dogs are allowed. Met the wonderful owners who just happened to be visiting the area. Washer dryer was great. Water pressure fabulous and the only thing missing was some coffee filters but we left a bunch for the next few renters.

Small but perfectly functional

My wife and I stayed here for a week with our dog. The studio was smaller than we expected but it was really quite nice. The location is amazing with a fantastic view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. The drive into town is only a few minutes. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. A few quirks to be aware of: you can only reasonably fit one person in the kitchen at a time, it’s extremely narrow. The refrigerator is also a little noisy when it runs and with the studio being so small, it could be disruptive to sensitive sleepers (though it wasn’t a problem for us.) The seating arrangements are also quite spartan, there’s a recliner, 2 chairs at the table, and a wicker chair. Don’t expect a couch to cuddle up on.

Great Base for a Couples Vacation

A clean simple studio. Perfect for a couple who are planning a lot of activities and want a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset. Please note the view from this studio is not what is shown on the website. The rock formations are only visible if you stand close to windows and look to the far right. The view is of the beach and ocean. Maintenance items for management to address: 1. The bathroom sink drains very slowly. 2. The footrest on the recliner sticks in the up position making it difficult to get out of the chair. It would be easy to slip and take a fall. This needs to be fixed before someone is hurt. Note to management company: A way to note maintenance items at checkout without having to include them in a review would be nice.

Pros The water pressure was good The view was amazing! Love waking up to that Cons They didn't leave the porch light on and when i got there after dark i had to use my vehicle headlights to put in the door code since it was after dark. The bed was hard as a rock. I had to sleep on my back even though I'm normally a side sleeper. It caused too much discomfort to sleep on my side in this bed. I'm sure it could be improved with a little memory foam topper. The heater was all the way off when we arrived. The only thing that heats the home is base board heating that was almost inoperable. There was barely any heat coming out and it took hours to heat the room to a non freezing temp. Also there are cords in front of one of the base boards that have burn marks on it and the other base board has a wicker chair in front of it. These are fire hazards but the room is so small there was no where for me to move the chair. I would consider removing those base boards and even a store bought small standing room heater would've been better. The grass must've just been mowed before we came but apparently they didn't use a bag to catch the cut grass so we kept tracking in tons of grass. The water temp was great the first day but the 2nd day I ran out of hot water after a couple minutes of showering. I'm wondering if the studio shares a water heater with the cottage rental next door which would be unfortunate. This could be a nice place if there were a few minor upgrades and slight changes.
