Walkable to Braga, Alun Alun and shopping mall.

The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . Other than that, the rest all are superb...(Services, hotel surroundings, location) especially, Beakfast spread were amazing. Many choices n delicious. All bellmen are pleasantly helpful, cheerful. Always greet with pure smile. Same goes to the front desk staff. Great services, guys. Would like to stay here again in future but hopefully by then the hotel rooms are better. (refurbished done).

This hotel was dirty - hair from the previous occupant in the bath and shower and across the bathroom floor. The fittings were decrepit. On the upside the staff were friendly. I’ll not be staying again and suggest people find somewhere else to stay.

Abgewirtschaftet und Renovierungsbedürftig! Scheint so als ob das Hotel schon vor der Kolonialisierung Indonesiens erbaut wurde und seitdem im selben Zustand belassen wurde! Der Putz an den Decken im Bad blätterte schon ab, ebenso wie die Polstergarnituren in der Hotelbar. Waschbecken war ziemlich vergilbt. Unser Zimmer war im 8. Stock und am ersten Abend hatte eine Firma die Pool-Area für Ihr Betriebsfest gemietet und mit Live-Band bis nach Mitternacht so heftig gefeiert das selbst die Fenster in unserem Stockwerk mit vibriert haben bis in die Morgenstunden! Mit Schlafen war da nix!

Character, OK location, excellent pool & breakfast

Hotel had character and some charm. Reasonably quiet (at least on the 7th floor). Room fine, although a little 'worn' in places. Bathroom needs overhaul; did not like the 'slatted' door. Excellent pool, with shaded area to chill out. Excellent breakfast. Immediate area was of rather limited interest, but could walk to city centre in about 20 mins. Would be happy to stay there again.

Nice on the outside, luxurious lobby (2 levels) staff is very polite and helpful eg needed a sketch map of the area. Room has all the expected amenities. No complaints. Only issue was the breakfast- it's basically a middle-class Indonesian hotel so the food is mega-copious on that side, but fairly thin on western food. Do we eat only cornflakes? Have they heard of muesli? evidently not... Limited bread choice, the usual cardboard stuff with only strawberry jam in little plastic containers.The horde of kids scooped the honey pretty quickly. The poor guy operating the broken push-in toaster (not the usual roller one) was apologetic- no DIY here! Sunday morning was overly busy and food disappeared and was slow to be replaced. However if you are a salad and fruit breakfast person there's no problem.
