"We had a very nice stay at the Otter Hotel. The property itself is beautiful, and the staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. The only downside was the AC units. They were quite loud, and whenever they turned on, there was a noticeable blast of cold air. If you’re sleeping next to the unit, the noise and sudden burst of air could definitely wake you up during the night. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. With some improvements to the AC units, it would be an excellent experience."
