We had a beautiful stay with you which upon arrival I extended. The hot tub and pool were very attractive. Due to the Spring Break everything was in over use. To be expected. We were moving East to West Coast so the timing was what it was. Loved the stay. The hotel was Canadian and what I would expect in Banff. Good vibes all around. We did not have breakfast (was it included in the room price? If so I was not made aware….). The staff was “transient” resort staff which of course is tied to the snow sports and specialized beautiful outdoor recreation focus. But it impacts the level of competent staff. We enjoyed our stay with you and our visit to Banff. We will return and stay again when we can!

Pre charging people cards is 100% unacceptable. I charged 1 dinner to my room. $200 dinner. $800 room. They charged the dinner before the stay was over. And told me they will continue to charge the card as charges come in. Until I review what they are charging nobody should be charging your cards. This was not explained and when I saw a huge charge on my card the following morning they had an explanation for everything. Excuses. Was non professional or made me feel comfortable or trust anyone with my card as security when their charging it every second they have before approving the charges or reconciling. Staff were friendly also that restaurant The Keg was the worst Keg I have ever been to with the amount of mistakes on our meal and bill. Multiple times to fix the same issue. Horrible service. All in all I would stay there again but will never eat on site and will expect a signed waiver saying no charges will be processed until pre approved. Absolutely absurd.

Great location where it's far enough away from downtown but walkable. Wonderful restaurant on site, really enjoyed going there every night for dinner and every morning for breakfast if I didn't want to go anywhere else. The room was comfortable, and reception staff are all super helpful. Parkade is nice, clean, well-lit. Lobby area is good for a quick break. I would definitely want to stay here again.

The staff and the ambiance of the hotel were amazing. The only complaint we have is that the hotel is a little bit dated and they don’t take care of the hotel rooms very well. There was a broken tile outside of the jacuzzi tub that we almost hurt ourselves on a few times. And it’s not very clean. Someone else’s food sat outside of our hotel room for three days while we were there until we finally moved it into the middle of the hallway so someone saw it and took it away and three employees had come to our room to deliver stuff for us. The cleaners were constantly on our floor cleaning and no one noticed to food to take it away from in front of our door. The hot pool was very nice. It was very busy and there were tons of people there but we never felt overwhelmed or ever ended up waiting in lines for time.

The staff were very accommodating and the one lady even recognized me from literally a year ago! I had a good stay last year (2025), so it was on my agenda to book another stay here when I came to Banff this year. It’s nice there’s a spa and restaurant on site and it’s within walking distance to downtown. Very nice place!!

I had a wonderful stay at Caribou Lodge in Banff and would definitely recommend it. The hotel has a cozy, warm atmosphere that perfectly matches the mountain vibe, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The beds were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days outdoors. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. The location is also very convenient, close enough to downtown Banff, but still quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Banff.
