This was the second time we've stayed here and we love it. The hot tub is great, the included breakfast was good, and Whitebark cafe located on site is excellent. Location is also excellent - walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Banff.

This property is a hidden gem. Everything about it was excellent. The best included breakfast I've had when travelling, and I've traveled a lot. Great variety and everything was fresh, no powdered eggs etc. Fantastic ambiance in the courtyard. Two hot pools, one with a fireplace, and sitting area with fireplace and heaters. Great location, a nice stroll along the downtown core with many restaurants and shops. Great value for what I paid. Would stay here again.

The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also appreciated the free parking, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good with a nice selection.
