Staff were so friendly, and they made breakfast so easy and delicious for our busy family. It's definitely an older property, but the rooms have been redone nicely with some fun amenities like helpful lighting controls. So nice to have a balcony in the room. Pool is tiny, with a little shallow section and larger deep area. You can see mountains while you swim, which is lovely.

Solid functional chain hotel with breakfast and pool w/hottub. Good location to downtown Banff and area skiing and parks. You can walk right into town and closest shuttle stop is 50 meters up the street. The breakfast saves you money and lets you conveniently fuel up for the day. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. Garage is a bit tight but was nice to not have to clean snow off the car.
