"Clean, enjoyable free hot breakfast, convenient coffee shop in lobby. Clean hot tub and sauna. At the far end of Banff Ave but not too bad of a walk to main shops.
A bit noisy, can hear everything in the hallway.
Parking was hit or miss. If you didn’t pay for the underground garage, you had to park around back. Depending on the time, you may not get a close spot.
Although not the worst situation, we came back to the room late afternoon and the room still hadn’t been cleaned. We asked the front desk if they could make sure someone went by and they told us they would. When we arrived back late at night, the room hadn’t been touched. Also the shower gel and shampoo were empty and we had to ask to get them refilled. Again, not the worse situation, just annoying."
